From Monday 14th September our evening and weekend appointments will be provided by East Berkshire Primary Care out of hours from Brants Bridge and NOT at Boundary House as they have been for the last few years.
Brants Bridge is located at Eastern Gate, Brants Bridge, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 9RT.
The appointments will be located on the first floor.
