Patients who need nursing assistance at home (house bound patients) may arrange for a Community Nurse to visit by either contacting the surgery or telephoning 0300 365 1234 between 09:00 to 17:00. After 17:00, and before the surgery re-opens, please call 111 including weekends and Bank holidays.
