From Monday 19th October our evening and weekend appointments will be provided by East Berkshire Primary Care Out Of Hours from a new address which is Bracknell Forest Centre for Health, High Street, Bracknell, RG12 1DS they will cease at Brants Bridge
This is opposite the Peel Centre and there is parking.
