    Our Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) works with young people who are experiencing significant, severe and complex difficulties with their mental health.
    These difficulties range from feeling low a lot of the time and worrying about lots of things to finding and fitting in with friends, hearing voices, having significant difficulties around eating, self-harming and even considering killing themselves.

    The Achieving for Children Health Visiting Service in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is a public health nursing service for residents of the borough. The team consists of specialist community public health nurses (also called ‘Health Visitors’), community nursery nurses and administrative staff.

  • Parenting courses

    Raising a family can be rewarding and enjoyable time but we know there are times when extra support is needed. In May 2021, the new Family Hub Service replaced the previously known Youth Service, Children’s Centres and Family Resilience Teams with the aim of providing a whole family approach to supporting our children, young people and families. The new service is made up of 2 area hubs (Maidenhead and Windsor Areas) with staff also located outside of the area hubs and working across the borough.
