Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles. If you have a life threatening emergency then please ring 999.

Please do not call 111 during normal practice hours (08:00 – 18:30, Mon – Fri).

The NHS 111 service will triage your call offering advice. If they are of the opinion that you need further advice or treatment from a GP then they will put you in contact with the East Berkshire Out Of Hours (OOH) service.
