To order using Patient Access Online Services:

If you are using Patient Access for the first time you will need to complete a registration form by going to the Binfield Surgery reception desk with photographic proof of identity and proof of address so we can activate your account. If you are not the patient then please bring in photo ID of the patient and a signed online access authorisation form.

Until your account is activated you will not have access to the online services.

Once activated you can log on and use the service at any time.

Log in to Patient Access using the button below. If you encounter any problems with accessing the prescriptions it may be that the settings have not automatically configured in the changeover. If you need help, please contact reception on 01344 286264.

Please be aware that a patient turning 16 will lose access to the functions within online access until they come into the surgery to have their account unlocked and to collect a new key. This is to comply with a patient’s right to restrict access to their notes when they turn 16. Please also be aware that If you order on behalf of another person that all patients will need to have their own individual account.
