If you are unhappy about the care you have received, or have any other reason to be dissatisfied with the level of service you have received, please let us know by completing a complaints form.
Once completed you can either hand this form in to the surgery in person, email it to frimleyicb.binfieldsurgery@nhs.net or send it by post addressed to the Practice Manager if you would prefer.
Any and all comments are seen by the Business Manager who will address any issues raised.
